Getting Ready for the Big #2...

To get ready for Elyse's 2nd birthday on Monday we baked a cake and cupcakes today. Elly had a blast helping - she mixed the batter, decorated cupcakes, and of course made sure that everything tasted good!

Tomorrow we will go up to Joplin to visit Nanna, Poppie, Aunt Liz, and cousins Katie and Alex. We'll have a fun birthday celebration for the Princess. It's hard to believe that she's almost 2! These last few years have flown by...if only we could slow down time just a little.
