It is really snowing right now! We are home again for a snow day and enjoying watching the beautiful snow falling. They're forecasting .5-1 in. of ice and 4-10 in. of snow followed by freezing temps with negative wind chills for the next few days. We're all snuggled up inside and hoping that we don't lose power.
We don't want a repeat of the 2009 storm...
For the past 4 years, Payton has gotten snow on his birthday. Yesterday was the first day that he'd gone to school on his birthday in quite a while. I know he was excited though, because he would have been disappointed to miss his basketball game. Miss Elyse is looking forward to doing some more sledding!Looks like we'll be inside for the next few days! That means more time to work on National Boards for me (which equals more gray hairs and more pounds packed on!!! This stress is killing me!)
