This week after a friend recommended it to me (thanks Torri!), I got Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred video. Running is always my first choice for exercise, but some days it just doesn't happen. Either the weather is bad. Or I just can't pull myself away from my babies. It's nice to have a back-up option.
Yesterday I woke up early and did Level 1, but today I decided to test myself and move up to Level 2. I like it because it's quick (20 minutes) and I really feel like I'm getting a good workout. I can feel those muscles workin'! Watch out...pretty soon I may look like this...
Running is always my first choice too. I have been running since I was junior high. I might just have to give the Jillian Michael's thing a try too. I always find great stuff on your blog. Thanks and have a wonderful weekend
